Thank you for your custom at FreeTikFollowers.com. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
 
RETURNS
 
All returns must be requested within one (1) days of the purchase date. All refunds are subject to order status, if the order has already been initiated or 24 hours have passed we are unable to offer a refund as we incur charges for delivering our services, however we will always try our best to come to a mutual agreement with the buyer.
 
RETURN PROCESS
 
To return an item, please email customer service at [email protected]  with your PayPal Transaction ID and email.
 
 
Please note there are no shipping fees as this is an online service. 
 
REFUNDS
 
If the process has not started or you are not in breach of any of the exceptions then we are more than happy to offer you a full refund to your original funding method.
 
EXCEPTIONS    
 
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
 
     ●     Once Delivery Has Been Initiated for the Purchased TikTok Followers (usually 1 Day) OR After the confirmation of order initiation is sent to the buyer.   
     ●     Once Delivery Has Been Initiated for the Purchased TikTok Likes (usually 1 Day) OR After the confirmation of order initiation is sent to the buyer.   
 
 
 
For defective or damaged products, please contact us at the customer service number below to arrange a refund or exchange. 
 
Please Note
  
     ●     A 50% restocking fee may be charged for returns that have been initiated but not completed.     
     ●     Sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.        
     ●     Orders over $50 may have to be manually approved by the buyer via email. (Usually Instant)   
     ●     We are happy to refund customers within a 24 hour period of purchasing any service from us. Assuming no order confirmation from the buyer has been received.
